Benefits offered, great hours
I have worked here 5 years. We are a growing company with plenty of work to do. My coworkers are very friendly. it’s close to home, and we have weekends off and holidays are paid off.
Room to grow
The management is nice, and it’s a fun workplace. The co-workers are nice and fun to work with. There are always ways to grow and learn new things. We are all like family working here. Co-workers are always willing to help or teach if you are stuck or have a question. HR has an open door policy and is willing to answer anything you have a question about.
Clean manufacturing environment
The management was always fair and polite. The shop was always clean, too. You get out of it what you put into it.
Laid-back work environment
I am happy to be working for Hycom. There are good people here and my role will afford opportunities to bring forth necessary change. I appreciate the laid-back environment, the weekly pay, the people are a pleasure to work with, and my leader does empower me to do what I was hired to do. I see potential in this place.

Leadership is encouraging, open to change, and are providing me tools to be successful. The culture is laid-back, friendly and inviting, but I know that there is an expectation for me to show up (on time) and complete the tasks I’ve been hired to do. I have absolutely no problem giving this company my best because I have autonomy to do so, and again leadership that trusts and supports my ideas for moving the company forward. I am more than confident that becoming a part of this organization was the right choice.

My experience is my day is full from start to finish, no down time and I love it. Workplace culture is relaxed—most everyone wears jeans and t-shirts. The most enjoyable for me is who I work with.
